About A&N Career Services Project
The A&N Career Services Project is a charitable, structured, hybrid career development initiative delivered in partnership with public systems, nonprofit organizations, philanthropic partners, and workforce stakeholders committed to workforce participation, economic stability, and long-term economic mobility.
The Project is a fiscally sponsored charitable initiative, enabling it to operate in partnership with public agencies, nonprofit organizations, city, state, and regional workforce boards, and philanthropic funders while maintaining programmatic independence, accountability, and responsible stewardship of charitable resources.
The Project provides a guided, group-based career experience that integrates skill development, career narrative formation, employer exposure, and coordinated wraparound referrals through an intentionally designed blend of in-person and virtual engagement. Participation is alignment-based, ensuring equitable access and strong outcomes for individuals whose career advancement is connected to public or philanthropic systems of support. Clients also gain access to the Career Services Alumni Network, which fosters continued connection, shared resources, and community while expanding access to broader professional networks that support sustained career advancement and long-term economic mobility.

Donate
Your contribution supports the delivery and sustainability of the A&N Career Services Project. Donations fund structured programming, participant engagement, employer exposure experiences, coordinated wraparound referrals, completion recognition, and the operational infrastructure required to responsibly administer and scale this work.
Contributions may be unrestricted or applied in accordance with program and funding guidelines. In-kind support aligned with identified program needs may also be accepted.
Contributions exceeding $5,000, including corporate, foundation, or donor-advised fund gifts, are gratefully accepted through coordinated giving arrangements, Our team will work directly with our fiscal sponsor to facilitate the contribution and ensure proper stewardship. Become a Volunteer
Volunteers contribute time, expertise and perspective that strengthen both the participant experience and the project’s capacity. Volunteer roles are designed to complement our work through defined, mission aligned support and special intiatives.
